Treat Boxes

I wanted to make a little box to hold goodies to pass out with my lesson at church, and took advantage of Jessica & Mom's Silhouette Cameo to make these cute little boxes:

So cute and pretty fun to make!

Can you believe that robots did all of this, minus the folding? Unless you consider me and Jessica robots...

Eye Surgery

Our Grandpa underwent surgery for his retina last month, and we decided Drek monster would be a fun way to let him know we were thinking about him and hoping things went well:

Thankful (PMSMO6) Adrienne

I always need a thank you card, so I was really happy to hear that this month's challenge was to make a thankful card. I just got a fun package in the mail from my Aunt Debbie, so I knew exactly for whom I was making this card. She is trendy, into animal prints (like me!) and her favorite colors are teals/rich blues.I like how it turned out, and I hope she does too!

I realized after I designed the card that I didn't have any PMS "thankful" sentiments, so I just used this one. I like how the flowers on the ends tie in with the Moody for Dragonflies.

Thankful (PMSMO6) Jessica

I have so much to be thankful for in my life and while much of it can be counted, the things that bring me the most joy in life can't be quantified.  

 

This is my first time using a digi and it didn’t print as crisp as I would have liked.  I guess I just need more practice.  I love the colors in this paper, especially for the season. I am grateful for the means that allow me to participate in such a gratifying activity!

Oh No, You're Sick?! Yay, I Get To Make A Card!

I love that making cards serves a purpose, but when it's for someone in the hospital I'd rather not have that reason for making a card... Hopefully I can a least bring some cheer to someone in an unfortunate circumstance.

More with Mom

Mom needed a couple of cards for upcoming events, so I insisted she come learn more about the cool things we could do, and we had so much fun in the craft room!  First we made a baby card for my cousin Rachel to congratulate her in the arrival of her 1st baby.

Next we made a card for her sister's upcoming birthday... I love the irony of this card!

Inside we stamped a happy saying to keep the irony going:  "I hope your birthday is filled with sunshine and laughter"

Monstrous Thanks

Well now that Adrienne's party is over and the thanks have been sent and received I wanted to post all the cards I made to support the cause!  I had so much fun making all of these with different color schemes and shapes!  Argus is definitely one of the best monsters!
