Phew! It's been a long time since posting a creation. I've been reeling from the recent departure of my fellow crafter, but I've stamped up a few cards in her absence and figured I'd better get them on here. They're mostly birthday cards, as I've been working on my goal of getting one to everyone this year.
Here we have some boy birthday cards. Hopefully they were "manly" enough!
And some girly ones:
This sentiment about growing old is my fav:
I loved making Mother's Day cards:
As well as a baby card for a shower:
And of course, you can't have enough silly, confection-loving, monster cards!

More with Mom
Mom needed a couple of cards for upcoming events, so I insisted she come learn more about the cool things we could do, and we had so much fun in the craft room! First we made a baby card for my cousin Rachel to congratulate her in the arrival of her 1st baby.

Inside we stamped a happy saying to keep the irony going: "I hope your birthday is filled with sunshine and laughter"

Neon Green (PMSMO5) Adrienne
I was so excited to get my Baby Boris stamp and sentiment in the mail, just in time for this challenge. I knew I would use him, the next thing to work out was how to incorporate the neon green...
I just love how he turned out in contrast to the neon green background. I decided to try paper piecing again on a more difficult subject. So far so good! I don't know if I'll use it as often as prisma colors, but I'm definitely getting the hang of this technique. Here's Boris again, he's such a little cutie!!

Baby Thank-yous
After M's first birthday party, I had a couple thank yous to mail out. I owe Jessica the biggest thank you for helping me make all these cards! I did the first two, and Jessica did the baby elephants:

So cute and fun! We'll just have to have another party when O turns three so we can make more fun cards. Can't wait!
